These terms apply to all contracts between P44.NET Digital Intelligence and its clients regarding consulting, IT, and web design services.

A contract is formed once both parties agree on the scope of work, typically in writing or by email.

Payment terms are agreed individually per project and stated in the proposal or invoice.

We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed specifications. Any defects should be reported promptly so they can be addressed.
